Job summary

Palm Palm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, coordinate seating, and manage the OpenTable flow to ensure a smooth shift. You are the first impression of our new dining destination rooted in laid-back luxury.

The ideal candidate is friendly, calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and available weekends, holidays, and evenings. Prior host/guest service experience a plus; you love making guests feel seen and at home.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually welcoming host stand and entry.
• Collaborate with servers, bar, and management to create seamless guest experiences.
• Set the tone for the shift—cool under pressure, warm with every guest.
