Job summary

The Rustic in Dallas is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing wait times, guiding guests to seating, and coordinating with servers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, maintain a clean reception area, and handle calls and to-go orders professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills to manage seating and flow in dining and bar areas.
• Ability to stay on their feet and walk for extended shifts.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and certifications such as food safety.

For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area for available Seating
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
