Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior restaurant/hospitality experience with a solid understanding of front-of-house operations (preferred).

The host stand is the first area guests see when they walk through the door, and the Head Host monitors the cleanliness and presentation of the front area, ensuring it meets the establishment's standards at all times. The ideal candidate has strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating efficiently, especially during busy periods, and must be able to coordinate with other hosts, servers, and support staff to ensure guests are seated timely and in order.
