Job Summary

The Host welcomes guests and manages seating arrangements to ensure efficient table rotation and guest satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list.
• Provide menus and answer initial guest questions.
• Seat guests according to table availability and rotation.
• Respond to guest concerns and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Answer phone calls and take reservations.
• Assist servers with running food/drinks/ pre bussing
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid food handler’s card
• Must have valid TABC certification
