The Head Host is responsible for leading the front‑of‑house support team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing reservations and seating arrangements in a casual fine dining setting. The host stand is the first area guests see when they walk through the door, and the Head Host monitors the cleanliness and presentation of the front area, ensuring it meets the establishment's standards at all times. The ideal candidate has strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating efficiently, especially during busy periods, and must be able to coordinate with other hosts, servers, and support staff to ensure guests are seated timely and in order.
