Hyatt Regency Austin is hiring a Ripple & Roots Host for part-time, seasonal shifts in Austin, TX. You will warmly welcome guests, guide seating, and help shape a memorable dining experience with personalized recommendations.

As a visible team member, you’ll showcase hospitality, professionalism, and a genuine service mindset, embracing Hyatt’s culture of care and guest satisfaction. Afternoon/evening weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

As a Ripple & Roots Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming them and setting the tone for their dining experience. Your ability to provide a personalized and engaging introduction—whether by offering table accommodations or menu recommendations—will help shape the overall guest experience.

Hosts may also serve as the final touchpoint during a guest’s visit, making your role key in ensuring satisfaction from beginning to end.

If you have experience in customer Your hospitality skills and enthusiasm will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests. In this highly visible position, you will create meaningful connections with guests, anticipate their needs, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Ripple & Roots. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality will help turn memorable meals into lasting impressions.

Afternoon/Evening availability on Friday & Saturday is required for this role.
