Job summary

Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a Barback to support Ripple & Roots' bar team. You’ll assist bartenders, handle guest service tasks, restock supplies, batch drinks, and prep garnishes to keep service smooth in a vibrant dining concept.

The role rewards teamwork and attention to detail. Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications are required, and open availability is essential in our fast-paced environment.

The Barback in Ripple & Roots will play a key role in ensuring our bars are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service. In addition to supporting bartenders and servers with guest service, you’ll assist with bar prep duties including batching, restocking, and prepping garnishes to keep everything running smoothly.
