Hyatt Regency Austin is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our Restaurant Ripple & Roots team. You will help servers create memorable guest experiences by keeping the dining room clean, properly set, and well-stocked, while coordinating with the Ripple & Roots team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with the ability to anticipate guest and server needs.

The Server Assistant will help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our brand-new lunch, dinner, and bar outlet, Ripple & Roots. This role is all about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support service to guests, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the Ripple & Roots team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience.
