Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Server Assistants to join our dynamic team. You will support servers, ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain clean, welcoming dining areas to provide an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Open availability including early mornings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Open availability, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and functions.
