Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks a Program Director of Host Home Services to oversee licensing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide statewide administrative support. The role covers Ogden, West Valley, Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Centerville, and surrounding Utah areas.

The position requires a bachelor’s in a related human services field or 5+ years of relevant work, plus a Utah driver’s license and strong customer service skills for licensing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field or 5+ years of directly related work experience.
• Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in developmental disabilities, family home licensing, or child welfare.
• Strong customer support skills for licensing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Examine homes and families to ensure Utah State regulations and contractual obligations are met.
• Conduct routine monitoring and supervisory visits.
• Maintain accurate records of licenses and certifications.
• Assist in organizing licensing events and initiatives.
• Provide customer support regarding licensing inquiries.
• Coordinate licensing projects and statewide administration.
• Interact with providers, members, and staff in a culturally competent manner.
