Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks Host Home Providers in the Arlington/Fort Worth, TX area to open your home to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, providing a safe, comfortable, 24/7 family‑like setting.

This independently contracted position requires a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license and prior Direct Support Professional experience, plus completing Community Options trainings and accepting supervisory visits in your home.

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
• Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
• Must be open to supervisory visits in your home

BENEFITS

• Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
