A local foster care organization in Dallas seeks a Foster Care/Host Home Provider to offer a 24/7 supportive home for individuals with disabilities. The role involves ensuring high-quality living standards while establishing meaningful relationships with those in your care. Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and experience as a Direct Support Professional. The position includes a per-diem reimbursement and tax-exempt income from the individual supported.

This independently contracted position will provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual.

We are looking for someone in the Arlington/Fort Worth, TX area!

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
• Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
• Must be open to supervisory visits in your home

Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
