Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Evansville, IN seeks a customer-focused associate to promote the rewards program, assist premium patrons, and educate players on Benefits. The role supports senior hosts and managers in delivering hospitality within a fast-paced casino environment.

You will process patron information, handle incidents, and maintain CTR guideline accuracy while working varied hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to crowds and smoke.
• Willingness to learn CTR guidelines and company policies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Rewards Program by assisting patrons through the membership process.
• Educates players on Rewards card benefits and usage.
• Assist with phone solicitation of established premium patrons.
• Meet and greet premium players and issue complimentary amenities.
• Document incidents and coordinate with management to resolve patron issues.
• Maintain accurate patron information and ensure growth of the database.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Senior Host and/or the Player Development Manager.
• Promotes the Rewards Program by assisting patrons through the membership process.
• Educates players in the understanding, application, and usage of the Rewards card to include its benefits.
• Educates customers on the usage and benefits of casino floor bill validators.
• Assist with phone solicitation of established premium slot & table patrons.
• Attends all special events targeting premium players.
• Meets and greets premium players.
• Issues complimentary amenities consistent with customer's activity.
• Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to management.
• Initiates proper paperwork to insure patron account problems are rectified.
• Maintains and updates accurate customer information in accordance with CTR guidelines.
• Responsible to insure continued growth within the company's database.Interacts with all other departments.
• Responsible for identifying and cultivating new customers.
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
