Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a friendly guest-facing team member for our casino dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, ensure service quality, and support food prep and service as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills guest's needs, upsells items, offers drinks and desserts, removes courses, refills drinks and replenishes silverware.
• Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system.
• Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other property information.
• Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing the mandatory side work designated by manager on duty.
• Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale procedures accurately and gives receipt to patron.
• Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty.
• May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashier duties as needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time (7+ hours).
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Target Salary Range

Hourly $17.00
