Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to operate a POS system and make change.
• Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and seats them according to preference and table availability.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests and staff.
• Operates a POS system, rings up orders, and handles cash accurately.
• Coordinates and controls the flow of the restaurant and assigns stations.
• Supervises the restaurant in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager.
• Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
