Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or cafe/restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage host/guest flow.
• Seat guests and coordinate with servers for timely service.
• Operate the coffee shop and barista activities per SOPs and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and coffee shop area.
• Verify IDs and adhere to state liquor laws where applicable.
