Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Server at Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley in Park City, UT. You will transition between restaurant and banquet service, greeting guests, delivering orders accurately, and upholding SOPs, while maintaining a Culture of Care.

Role requires 21+ for alcohol service, Utah server certification or willingness to obtain, and 1–2 years of F&B experience. Work is on-site with flexible shifts, including banquet events.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age required to serve alcohol.
• Utah DABS Alcohol Server Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of hire.
• 1–2 years in food & beverage service at a hotel/restaurant.
• Experience with hospitality POS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with attentiveness and menu knowledge.
• Input orders into POS, manage timing and dietary flags if needed.
• Communicate allergies and dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables according to SOPs.
• Process guest checks and reconcile end-of-shift transactions.
