Responsibilities

• Assist servers by monitoring dining areas for empty plates and completing pre-clearing.
• Clear dishes and transport dirty wares to the dishwasher area.
• Sanitize tables and reset stations to brand standards for next seating.
• Keep service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, linens, ice, and condiments.
• Assist in banquet setup, service, and teardown for events.
• Support barback tasks: stocking ice, glassware, and garnishes.
