Role Description

The Host is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and walk-ins, and coordinating seating to ensure efficient table turnover and a positive guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, maintaining an organized waitlist, communicating with servers and management about guest flow, and supporting accurate quote times for seating. The Host will assist with presenting menus, providing basic information about food and beverage offerings, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. This full-time role is on-site and is located in Jacksonville, FL, requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The Host is expected to contribute to a clean, orderly front-of-house environment and support team members during busy service periods.

Qualifications
