• Guest Assistance: Provide information to guests about the menu, wait times, and any specials or promotions.
• Communication: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient table turnover.

Busser Responsibilities

• Table Clearing: Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Assist Servers: Support servers by refilling water glasses, delivering condiments, and ensuring tables are well-stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other support staff to create a cohesive team environment.
• Cleaning Duties: Assist in general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.

Food Runner Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
• Communication: Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist Servers: Support servers in delivering a high level of service by expediting the food delivery process.
• Table Checks: Conduct table checks to ensure guests have everything they need and address any concerns promptly.
