Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Workforce Management Specialist to orchestrate scheduling across departments, manage leave requests, and ensure accurate timekeeping. You'll partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and create efficient coverage that keeps the property running smoothly.

This role starts at $22.50 per hour and requires 2+ years of relevant experience and being 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume daily staffing across departments.
• Serve as expert on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align schedules with business needs.
• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models.
• Balance staffing with labor agreements while ensuring ethical scheduling.
• Monitor and communicate all system issues and downtime.
• Track KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT.
