Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write in English; basic math for handling cash.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality with a friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, and local information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures at arrival.
• Accurately complete ticketing, key tags, and folios for each vehicle.
