Job summary

Love Management, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Hospitality Trainer to support operational standards across Tim Love Restaurants. You will train, test, and support staff through approved processes to ensure consistency in service and hospitality.

Working with General Managers at each concept, you will develop and lead training programs, deploy initiatives, and provide on-site support as teams grow. Local candidates with hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience within the hospitality industry and advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations within a multi-concept environment.
• Must possess strong presentation and effective communication skills.
• Must be flexible with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead an operational-based training program across all business to enhance guest services.
• Deployment of Operational Initiatives: Work with leadership to identify opportunities and deploy initiatives impacting operations, guest engagement, and development.
• Cross-functional on-property support (Task Force) for new hires or relocations across businesses.
• Process consultations: Review procedures and identify opportunities to gain efficiency and drive revenue.
