Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.

You will supervise and coach associates, schedule staff, handle cash and payroll tasks, resolve service issues, and monitor safety, sustainability through EarthView, and vendor relations while supporting management.

This full-time on-site role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and Micros preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates; manage cash handling and payroll tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints and forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on menu.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices; ensure safety per MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
