Tim Love Restaurants is looking for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize our business operations in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations across all departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning and business development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a director-level role
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L oversight
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ideally, the selected candidate would have experience with multi concepts, multi state from Fast Upscale Casual to Fine Dining.
