Love Management, Inc., based in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize our business functions. The role offers the chance to shape operational strategy, streamline processes, and drive growth across multi-state concepts from fast casual to fine dining.

In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor cross-functional teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with the executive team on long-term planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, including 2+ years in a director role
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving operations
• Bachelor's degree required; Lean/Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a director-level role
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L oversight
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ideally, the selected candidate would have experience with multi concepts, multi state from Fast Upscale Casual to Fine Dining.
