Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a Hospitality Team Member who will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for club members. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, locker rooms, and common areas while ensuring all club members have an enjoyable experience.

Overview

Hospitality Team Member. Our Hospitality Team members are a vital part of our members' day-to-day experiences in our club, and our company’s success. Our team members are efficient, courteous, and always focused on creating positive experiences for our members by providing a safe and clean environment, and anticipating their needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to club members
• Cleaning and sanitizing fitness machines and workout equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms, including sweeping and mopping floors; cleaning restroom stalls, floors, toilets, and urinals; thorough cleaning of shower areas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas
• Restocking health and beauty supplies, collecting, washing and folding laundry, and inspecting the club for proper orderliness
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of the facility including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting fixtures, wiping down countertops, glass cleaning, taking out trash

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to be on the move for prolonged periods of time
• Self-motivated to work independently and finish projects and work as assigned
• Able to lift at least 40lbs
