Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and team performance in our Westminster, CO restaurant. You will lead daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold food safety and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

You will collaborate with managers to open/close, handle ordering and inventory, and ensure timely, accurate cash handling while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Lead with kindness and hospitality to guests and team members.
• Coach, develop, and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Execute opening/closing duties, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues when they arise.
• Support shift deployments to ensure high service interactions and timely food orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the GM/AGM, promoting a positive work environment.
• Train and develop team members to uphold CAVA’s standards and culture and guest experience.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Make sound decisions and resolve issues promptly during service.
• Manage deployment of staff to maximize service levels and orderly food presentation.
