Seagate in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, from job descriptions to offers. You will partner with leadership, manage the ADP HRIS platform, and drive talent strategies for hospitality operations.

The role requires strong selling, analytical skills and the ability to travel between office locations and job fairs. In-office schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hospitality recruitment experience desirable.
• Experience with ADP HRIS and large hotel operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and internet apps.
• Strong market analysis and negotiation skills for compensation guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• English fluency required; Creole or Spanish a plus.
• Team player with collaborative work style and in-office availability 8:30–17:00.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, interview, qualify, and negotiate offers for candidates.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize applicant traffic and cost.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and schools.
• Stay updated on recruiting tools and trends; leverage social media.
• Monitor initiatives to anticipate future recruitment needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers on process effectiveness.
• Conduct interviews, reference and background checks; manage ADP ATS.
• Ensure requisitions are filled efficiently with top-tier candidates.
• Streamline processes from requisition to start date.
• Provide leadership in resolving recruitment challenges.
• Promote company benefits to attract talent.
• Plan and participate in college/local hiring events, in-person and virtual.
• Assist in developing internship and job shadowing programs.
• Provide weekly status reports on open requisitions.
