Job summary

Aventura Mall is seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment for hospitality operations, including job descriptions, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offers. You will travel between office locations and job fairs, using ADP for paperless recruiting, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and cost-effective hiring.

The ideal candidate brings ADP expertise, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a track record in qualifying diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality recruitment is highly desirable.
• Experience with ADP (HRIS software) and large hotel operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Internet applications.
• Strong market analysis and negotiation skills, with ability to advise candidates on compensation and benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Haitian Creole or Spanish is a plus.
• Team-oriented with collaborative work style.
• Availability to work in-office Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility for after-hours tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent and align with needs.
• Source, screen, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers for diverse candidates.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize applicant traffic and hiring costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Build relationships with community partners, schools, and other recruitment sources.
• Stay updated on recruiting tools and trends, leveraging social media and candidate retention.
• Monitor recruitment initiatives to plan future needs.
• Conduct interviews, reference/background checks, and manage paperless recruiting using ADP.
