Job summary

Turnberry, a hospitality-focused employer in Florida, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations, campuses, and events. You will craft job descriptions, source and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and manage ADP-based processes to ensure top-tier hires.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality recruitment experience, ADP proficiency, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel between office locations and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality recruitment is highly desirable.
• Experience with ADP (HRIS) and large hotel operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Internet applications.
• Fluency in English required; Haitian Creole or Spanish a plus.
• Team player with collaborative work style.
• Availability to work in-office Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, qualify, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers for candidates.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize applicant traffic and reduce hiring costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners, local schools, and other sources.
• Stay updated on recruiting tools and trends, using social media and retention strategies.
• Monitor recruitment initiatives to plan future needs.
• Conduct interviews, reference/background checks, and manage paperless recruiting via ADP.
