We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to support our growing portfolio of Hotel and Motels. The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator will focus on filling hospitality and onsite management positions, including maintenance and housekeeping, and will help ensure that Anchor Hospitality attracts and hires qualified, reliable, and service-driven professionals. This role partners closely with General and Site leadership teams to understand staffing needs, manages full-cycle recruiting, and helps maintain a strong onsite workforce presence.
