You’ll supervise team members, coach on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives, and may assist in purchasing foods and supplies while maintaining presence in service areas to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and communicates findings to management.
