Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisor for Parkhurst Dining to lead a team in a fast-paced service environment. You’ll supervise teammates, ensure policy compliance, and apply Smile Plus hospitality imperatives to elevate guest experiences.

The role supports purchasing, monitors customer satisfaction, and reports findings to management, helping the Parkhurst Dining brand uphold its standards and growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience, with four+ years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and coordinates with management to improve service.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; upholds standards.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and communications.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and communicates findings to management.
