Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group in Valparaiso, IN seeks a Parkhurst Dining Supervisor to lead a restaurant service team and uphold our Smile Plus standards. You’ll partner with management to enhance guest experiences, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in food service, a culinary/hospitality or related degree, strong math and organizational skills, and supervisory experience. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility. Consults with management to make changes as needed to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures. Upholds standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems. Communicates findings to management.
