Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking a Hospitality Manager-level professional in Daleville, VA to organize day-to-day operations across tasting room, events team, and tours. You will ensure the department meets annual plans and maintains exceptional guest experiences.
You have 3+ years in leadership and customer service, strong beer knowledge, and superb communication. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting support, inventory, and delivering world-class service during shifts and events.
This position is responsible for organizing day-to-day operations and managing multiple areas which may include the tasting room, events team, and tours associated with the site. This position will help ensure that the department meets annual business plan and maintains a high level of customer experience.
