Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, and supporting the service staff. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Food safety and teamwork are key requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handlers certification required.
• Friendly, polite, and courteous in nature.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Great communication and coordination skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen with Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Scrape and wash dishes; return to appropriate areas.
• Sweep, mop and polish restaurant, bar, kitchen and equipment.
• Stock wait staff stations with napkins, utensils, trays and condiments.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safe food handling.
• Maintain orderly kitchen, service areas, storage and cooler/freezer facilities.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as required.
• Assist Chef on Duty with required tasks.
