Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club in Export, PA is seeking a part-time Steward to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and delivering an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

You will wash dishes, assist with deliveries, support events, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. No prior stewarding experience is required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas
• Assists with receiving and storing deliveries
• Removes trash and recycling and upholds sanitation standards
• Supports banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed
• Follows all food safety, health, and club standards
