Job summary

Titan Asset Management Group is seeking an Office-based Accounting/Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll using UKG, handle accounts payable, and support multi-property accounting. Travel to local hotel properties is required.

You will review time records, reconcile financial data, and assist with month-end close, budgeting, and reporting. Strong Excel skills and UKG experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Hospitality or multi-property accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG payroll and timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Office-based position with periodic travel to local hotel properties.
• Requires regular computer use, review of financial records, and occasional cash handling.
• Additional hours may occasionally be required during payroll processing or month-end close periods.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately using UKG and timekeeping systems.
• Review time records, pay changes, overtime, leave requests, deductions, and tip allocations.
• Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting from payroll and benefit systems.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare, review, and process approved vendor invoices in accounts payable.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and assist with timely vendor payments.
