Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Myrtle Beach to lead site housekeeping operations and ensure quality and timeliness. The AEH will work under the Executive Housekeeper to manage schedules, supervise housekeepers and supervisors, and uphold client relations.

The role demands strong leadership, attention to budget, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. A proactive coach, you will drive standards, safety, and a welcoming resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with progressive responsibility in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assign tasks to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Monitor daily work hours to align with budgeted hours and adjust as needed.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Coach staff to reach productivity standards and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly all-staff sessions.
• Manage inventory and report maintenance issues; ensure safety policies are followed.
