Chick-fil-A Marlborough is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to support and lead kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, uphold food safety standards, and develop team members for exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will oversee shifts, train staff, monitor inventory, and coordinate with management to improve processes while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (food service a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Ensure proper execution of recipes, portion control, and product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least18 years old(or meet applicable minimum age requirements).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Frequent walking, bending, lifting up to ~50 lbs with or without accommodation.
