Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kuebler Gateway is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the guest service team. You will supervise cashiers, hosts, and dining room attendants, and coordinate drive-thru and front counter operations to ensure fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience leading restaurant/front-of-house teams.
Strong customer-service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
Ability to manage schedules, labor and costs.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic kitchen operations.
Proficiency with restaurant management systems and POS.
