Chick-Fil-A West Hartford is seeking a results-driven restaurant leader to direct daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced setting. You will train and coach team members, manage shifts, uphold food safety standards, and ensure guest satisfaction with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

The role emphasizes leadership development, accountability, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have 2+ years restaurant experience, 3 years leadership, and a four-year degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• 4-year degree or relevant leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated past leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate and lead team members.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily front-of-house operations.
• Oversee front-of-house knowledge across roles (order taking, cash handling, shifts).
• Ensure Food Safety requirements (SERVSAFE).
• Create training plans and train new team members.
• Ensure Chick-Fil-A West Hartford standards in all areas of operation.
• Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere.
• Lead by example and focus on guest care.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply
• Have completed a four-year degree and/or have relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
• Demonstrated past leadership experience
• Ability to coach, motivate and lead other team members
• Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and improve personal skillset and assist others in the same effort
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Team Members, Team Leaders, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs

Duties & Responsibilities

• Directing the daily operations of the Front of House and supporting restaurant operations.
• Mastery of knowledge and skill of team member positions throughout the front of house, to include order taking, cash management, leading shifts, bagging, window, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety requirements (SERVSAFE)
• Creating training plans and training new team members in all front of house positions
• Ensuring compliance with Chick-Fil-A West Hartford standards in all areas of operation
• Ensuring the highest quality food and services are delivered to our guests
• Be a role model for all West Hartford team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness, organization, and personal accountability
