Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and engage in conversation.
• Know menu items and promotions; make informed recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and ensure correct charges.
• Check IDs for alcoholic beverage service and monitor guest ages.
• Provide timely service and ensure guest satisfaction; address issues with management.
• Handle payments and assist with card transactions; promote contactless options.
