Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but will train.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by both federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage upon arrival.
• Knowledgeable about food and beverages; present options clearly.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions; offer suggestions.
• Enter orders accurately into POS system and transmit to kitchen.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Regularly check in with guests and address needs.
• Maintain safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Process payments; collect tips; handle cash/credit transactions.
• Bus tables and reset for next guests.
• Perform shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
