Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking Cashiers/Hosts for its growing hospitality group, featuring brands such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, and Eggspectation. You will greet guests, seat them, process payments, assist with orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Ideal candidates are customer-service driven, able to handle cash accurately, and comfortable using POS systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests
• Accurate transaction handling and change
• Attention to cash handling and seating procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Prior cashier/restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light items
• Comfort with online scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables
• Process payments accurately at the register
• Answer questions about menu items and assist with orders
• Ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area and restrooms as needed
• Monitor inventory like receipt paper and bags
• Assist kitchen or front-of-house staff during busy periods
