Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking staff to ensure guests are served to the hotel’s standard in Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas. You will take orders, serve or prepare items, and maintain hospitality excellence across food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing orders on POS, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to follow service standards and sequences of service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present the menu; inform about specials.
• Take and service food and beverages as per standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and bus staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Server food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Handle financial transactions and close out at shift end.
