Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Server to provide prompt and courteous service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. You will maintain a clean, guest-ready dining area and support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include handling guest charges, assisting with beverage and food service, and adherence to brand standards, safety, and security procedures. Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Age requirements and verify those who order any alcoholic beverages.
• Menu items, preparation methods and beverage choices.
• Standards of operation as required by brand.
• Area shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions to assist guest inquiries.
• Daily hotel operations check daily events, bulletin boards and are up to date on changes, new procedures and events.
• Entire property, staff, services, hours of operation, type of rooms, locations, rates, discounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work including stocking. May also be responsible for ordering, cost control and maintaining the quality of items served or alerting management to issues in these areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing.
