Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up supplies, food, and beverages at the start of the shift and keep a stocked work area.
• Take orders, input into POS, collect payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Prepare beverages and light food as needed, including alcoholic drinks when required.
• Support bartending or bussing during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Count bank and complete cashier reports at shift end, report discrepancies.
