Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Bistro Server to warmly greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

You will set up service stations, handle payments, communicate dietary needs to kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and sustainability guidelines. This role may include weekend and holiday shifts and requires standing for long periods. Previous F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up supplies, food and beverage at the start of shift and keep a stocked work area.
• Take orders, input into POS, collect payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs and allergies to kitchen.
• Prepare beverages and coffee; serve alcohol when required.
• Prepare ingredients for service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all service areas.
• Uphold HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
